The Wing of Palestine

The Wing of Palestine is a symbol of liberty and victory through the genocide in Gaza.

The wing is made of pure silver intertwined wire to depict the unity, spirituality and solidarity of the Palestinian people.

The green stone wrapped in kuffiya represents peace and prosperity through preservation of the Palestinian homeland, identity and heritage.

The red coral shaped into a drop of blood pays tribute to all the victims of the genocide in Gaza and all innocent lives lost across decades of an ongoing Nakba against Palestinian people, a grave, historic injustice that must end.

is a visual artist who survived the war in Bosnia, the country of her birth and origin. She has been living in Chicago since 2000 known for making original, authentic, delicate and intricate jewelry as well as for making contemporary sculptures reliefs in form of Islamic and decorative art. The Wing of Palestine is a symbolic manifestation of Aida’s pure love, compassion and admiration for the Palestinian people.
